I’ve been fired a few times in my life- this time the justification was me not being more confident after my “training” and still needing too much help according to their timeline despite knowing full well they hired me as a brand new incomer to the field with absolutely zero relevant prior experience.
But every time I’ve been fired my employers have waited until hours into the day to do it. If my work is so bad, why the fuck are you having me do legitimate tasks for half of the day until you’re ready to call me in???? It’s just ridiculous to me.
