I got a job that pays twice as much in a much healthier environment with an owner who isn’t micromanaging and devaluing. My staff is thrilled. We are getting pizza and we are making plans for some billiards after work.
All that remains is receiving a negative drug test today for pre employment so that all the boxes are checked. My coworkers have begged me to quit publicly to hear the owner melt down when his best chance at stability leaves his failing company.
