My boss started March 2020 and I started in June 2020. I get 5 hours of PTO every two weeks(10 hours a month). I get paid $13 an hour and im mostly commission. My boss took a week and days off in 2021. She took the entire month of September off to go to Africa and then her husband got on drugs so has been taking almost every day off since October. Today we go to have a meeting and tells me she has the day off. I finally said “how do you get so many days off??” And she went on a rant about how she saved her PTO. That is l it really impossible??? I haven't taken a full week since I've been here, just a few long weekends. I have plenty of saved PTO now but not enough to work only 2 days a week.
