Pretty much the title. I work at a mechanics shop and my manager is always on my transgender coworker, constantly writing him up and telling him things like “I don't want you working at my store” type of stuff. And I know its targeting because I will do the same exact stuff that my coworker would do and I don't get talked to at all, no write ups and nothing. I was wondering what resources I could give my coworker to help him out?
