I just heard about this subreddit on a youtube video. Not sure what age group people are on here. I have been switching jobs for the last 10 years but every job sucks especially if its an IT job. The constant pressure, the finger pointing, the long hours, the weekend work. I am trying to find an alternative so that even if the pay is less I don't stress and don't do overtime which is forced upon me. Anyone else in a similar situation I would like to know what you did.
