Idk if this is allowed but I need help and this seems like the best place to ask for it. I’m a part time keyholder at a retail job in the US. However, my manager sucks (shocking) and it’s looking like I’m going to have to leave. However, I don’t know what fair pay for this position looks like given the economy.
If anyone has any helpful information (you currently work in a similar position, know someone who does and know what they make, etc) I would really appreciate it. Online job postings aren’t super forthcoming, and I don’t have the time or energy to get screwed over again.
I know it’s risky to talk about pay so I appreciate any help at all
