Is this normally how this works? When I was in the military my pay was the same every 2 weeks no matter how little or how much I worked. At my current job if I get 35 hours a week instead of 40 or if I call out sick I am payed hourly for that week. I tried looking up info on this but had a hard time finding it exactly.
