Corporate came by and reprimanded upper management because it was cluttered (too many clothing racks on sales floor). I’m a Custodian/Dock worker, I don’t know anything about the “optimal positioning of products” I just vacuum around them. So they take their anger on me saying I’m moving too slow and constantly saying “we’re gonna have to have a meeting” So I’ve spent the last 3 days on edge waiting for hr to call me into an office to throw a wrench into my life. Turns out all the kids I work with all have plans for Valentine’s Day and bailed on work tomorrow. Just got off the phone with my manager telling me I have to come in and work open to close. It’s my first day off in like a week.
What do I do. (Obviously while I’m there. I need the job)
Tdlr: manager that has been threatening to fire me basically forcing me to work all day on day off.
