Our Work had us do a full day with No Running Water and no Restrooms. What steps can we take?

Title mostly says it all, but I'll also provide some context here for more details. I work at a Grocery Store in Oregon. Last night for one reason or another the Water Main(? Whatever it is, controlled Potable Water for our Building) outside got demolished by a car, and the Building had no Running Water. Toilets were not working, Sinks didn't work, Drinking fountains, etc. (Thankfully, the Fire Suppression was still full and working). This happened last Evening, with the Store Manager on site, so she knew it had happened and that all the water had been turned off. Fast forward to This Morning when the openers came in. They hadn't been informed of what happened. No Email, no Text Message, no Phone call, not even a Sticky Note on the door.

They had no idea the water was shut off and didn't know until they tried to use the bathroom and it didn't Flush. At no point during the Day did the Water come back on, and Management/Corporate weren't making any attempts to contact anyone working Today before their shift to tell them what conditions they'd be working in, and when someone who wasn't a Store Manager told Two people who hadn't shown up yet what was happening he was told not to contact the Yet-to-arrive employees about the situation.

At no point during the day did we have Running Water, nor functioning Restrooms in the building, or even Porta-Potties on Site. We got bottles of Water in the breakroom, and were told to go to the Store across the Street to use their bathroom. Asking Corporate if we could Close got a hard “No”, and any points we tried to make about them having us work in Illegal Conditions got Vague double speak answers of “We're looking into it.”

OSHA was called, but I'm wondering what other Steps, if any, can be taken against the offending company. Any advice or information helps!
