They said having a note with your salary on your desk is not the way of communicating your compensation and being transparent. They put me on leave immediately to „not cause any more disturbance“ which I told them is quite funny because my salary wasn’t even that high for my profession and quite low for the industry I work in and my experience. I think they overreacted quite a bit tbh.
