Rights Infringement? No decals on personal vehicles

My retail company just implemented a policy where no employee can have on their personal vehicles; any decals or flags that depict affiliation with any political party, religious group, sexual orientation or identity, race—I think you see where I’m going. We’re not allowed to display anything that may be offensive to a particular groups while on any company parking lot (rented or owned, clocked in or not) This seems like a violation of personal freedoms, but it’s also a private corporation. Where does the line get drawn though? What can a corporation implement me to do on my OWN time? Are they going to dictate what items I can and can’t have in my car? What if I take my moms car to work is she subject to this policy? If I’m wrong please let me know
