i just started this job (im a server) the beginning of this year and the management is so ass. they forgot to pay me for training first off. that was 40 hours of training :// and now i find out they deducted money from my pay if im late?? no one told me this. i was 1 min late one day and lost 20% of my tips… another day i was late by 3 mins and lost 50% of my tips. That’s just fucking crazy to me. p sure this shits illegal. planning on finding a diff job. also will be complaining about the deduction before i leave bc this aint right and i want the money i fucking worked for.
