K, what happens if everyone refuses to comply

I’ve been having this thought. The reason things are so expensive, the reason inflation, hell, our “capitalistic “ society exists the way it does is because the masses accept it as truth and real. Work or no work, we are just a part of the system. Hear me out. What would happen if we all just decided we would no longer participate willingly? Everyone stopped shopping for a week. Stopped social media. Stopped feeding the machine. No one goes to work. Cell phones are off. Spend time in nature, with your family. Whatever. But do only things YOU enjoy.

I guess what I am saying is shit is never gonna change unless we all stand up together at the same time. We can have lofty ideas and goals but if it’s not organized, it won’t be as impactful as it could and should be. We can all make small differences but non-connected change fizzles quickly. Just my piece. Love it. Hate it. Disagree, that’s fine. For the moment, we are all just cogs in someone else’s machine.
