My job is reducing our hours since we are low on work. Do I qualify for unemployment? In Pennsylvania.

I accepted full time employment(40 hours per week) in December 2022 at this company. Last week, we were flexed off(no work) on Thursday for one day so we only got 30 hours that week. This week the same thing happened again. My one coworker said we would be eligible for unemployment. Is my coworker correct? I looked under Pennsylvania unemployment requirements, and it makes it seem like I have to be fully unemployed to receive compensation. What are yal's thoughts? Thanks for the help.
