FTC proposed a ban on non-competes, could be massive win for American labor.

Haven't seen this posted here at all, but sorry if it has been already and I just missed it. The FTC is proposing to ban non-compete clauses in employment contracts throughout the country, estimating it will increase wages by $300 billion per year. This looks to be a potentially huge win for workers in America. It will force employers to be better to their employees instead of using fear of legal action to keep them.
