I feel like I’m not even a real person anymore! is my workplace cult like?

I started at a biotechnology company almost 6 months ago to the day. Everyone at work tells me that they feel part of a family and that the company is a great place to work, I feel it's cult like. We have a stand up group meeting every morning often this will be a positivity circle – we say something nice about a team member. Often this is a criticism circle where we say something negative about a team member. Every week we have a 1-1 meeting with our boss for an hour to discuss criticisms of each other, mood at work, life goals and less so relevant day to day tasks. I'm always told that I perform well and quickly at work but I'm not introspective enough and I'm melancholy (I refute this). My bosses boss also regularly calls me in for these meetings, he suggests that until he gets better at asking me questions I won't know what to do with my life. I leave these meetings panicking about my future and questioning my mental health/sanity.

Any day to day task issues are a huge problem, protocol is to raise a “non conformance” against any member of the team if you feel that they haven't done their job properly that day/have made a mistake, this can be as simple as putting an item in the wrong size of storage box. If we have made a mistake ourselves we have to raise a non conformance against ourselves even if we have rectified the problem. These non conformances are taken up by management.

The constant monitoring of each other, criticism and being therapised by bosses has me in a spin. I don't feel real anymore, the introspective 1-1 meetings are hard for me, leaving me in a dissociative state for most of the day. I'm going to see my GP about this.

I'm sorry if this makes 0 sense, it's 2am and I feel uneasy about the week ahead (as per usual)
