It depends on your field and many other factors, for sure. But in general, how high of a stress level would you say your job causes you to have? I (24f) work in Project Management and work an average of 50 hour weeks (without taking lunch or breaks), and even on the weekends, I’m just thinking about (or doing) work. I don’t have much of an understanding if it’s totally normal to be this stressed at this age, so just curious what others deal with. Thanks I’m advance.
