posting this through a throwaway
I had recently joined a startup (around 4 months) ago
Last month, I was told that there is going to be a salary cut of around 60% i.e I will receive only 40% salary of what i was promised until things get right for the startup
just to add, i might also be given additional unrelated to my profile – job responsibilities over the period of next few months
I dont want to burn bridges with them but its not feeling right to work.
can you guys please suggest how do i go about it, and should i resign if at all and how to go about it without burning bridges..
im really confused and want opinion from people who have some experiences dealing with similar experiences. Im young (21-24)
