Is 4×10 schedule worth it if days off aren’t consecutive and I still have to work the weekend?

My boss offered me a “better” schedule of four days on three days off because I show up an hr early every day (unpaid), never leave early, and rarely call in. The catch is that I don’t have weekends off, and my days can be tossed around as they see fit so they won’t be 4 on followed by 3 off. For ex: 2 on one off, 1 on one off etc. my new schedule would be 11:30am to 11 pm. Currently I’m 2:30pm to 11 pm and do get either sat or sun off every other week. I work a cushy office type job so the extra 2 hrs a day is just extra mental stress but is it worth it if there’s absolutely nothing else beneficial besides the extra day off?
