I work for a toxic women’s clothing company (corporate) and I’m just here to vent. They offer limited severance and a months health care insurance upon separation. I suppose I should be grateful to get anything at all, but they are being so difficult to deal with. Bullying via slack and not willing to negotiate for a month longer for health care or extra funds at all. I work for another month and don’t know how I’m going to deal with these soulless shitty people. I wish I could walk out, but there is an added $1000 severance if I stay on until the end of March. I’m looking for work elsewhere but not getting any interviews. I’m hurt and angry and wish I had more control in this situation.
