Work Nepotism

It's sometimes difficult to discuss issues of one co-worker to higher up because they're close relatives. Other co-worker is their close friend too. I have this co-worker that instead of telling her issues with me, she goes straight up to manager. I felt uncomfortable that instead of being told I should do this, and how to be better I was always called off. How am I suppose to know if I'm doing it wrong? I literally just do my job. Yes I'm learning and follows and tries to be better. But it's not fair, I'm always the center of topic behind my back. I tried to ignore it but it's becoming inconsisted to the point I felt excluded. It's hard to confront one because since they're all relatives they defend each other.
