Is it even worth it to be honest in your exit interviews? From my experience, I have both been honest & seen other coworkers be honest about all the reasons they no longer wanted to work at whatever bullshit company it is. However, it seems that nothing ever really comes from it. They always act like they read every single exit interview & take it in to account but if that were true how come nothing ever changes going forward?
