So I worked for Starbucks over the last 10 years until 2019 when I went to a different career. I ended up working with this one manager who was a real witch and was inappropriate towards me and others and I called her out on it and reported her to the Labor board in the state and the company.
It never went everywhere and the District Manager covered for her and ignored my complaints. She was eventually fired anyways but not before putting in the most horrid complaints about me on my record, making me ineligible for rehire.
You just can’t win. You can do all the right things and try to defend yourself and your job will still support your evil managers who would rather make their employees uncomfortable and touch them and make remakes on their gender instead.
This world is fucked.
