Is putting a time clock after security considered stealing time?

First off I want to say this is my second job because capitalism… Anyways, they don't only put the time clock past security, security is a walk after another checkpoint. The first one is just a badge scan, but then it takes 5-15 minutes of walking to get to the second set, depending on if you're going straight to work, or dropping off lunch/backpack/personal items you don't want on the floor with you. Is this considered stealing time from employees? The only reason I'm asking is because now I'm being targeted because I'm not right back to work 30 minutes after my break starts. I'm in Kentucky if that helps.
