Quitting a toxic workplace, how to do it right?

Hi all! I'm handing in my resignation tomorrow and would like some input. For context, I live in the Netherlands and I have 1 month notice period. I've been working at this place for 2,5 years and it became really toxic about 5 months ago when my team leader quit amd was replaced by direct management. Since then, overtime has been demanded, many emergencies had to be solved by me despite not having the sufficient skills, every week we're reminded that we're not making our target goals no matter how hard we work, all in all it's time to run. My dilemma is mainly about the conflict between how enraged I am by everyone pretending that this working culture is normal and how afraid I am of confrontation.

I hate getting in conflicts with people, but I feel the need to say something at this point.

So tomorrow I'm handing in my resignation, and my plan is that if the boss asks the reason, I'll be honest and give him a short version of why I'm leaving.

Another thing though is one month from now, when I actually stop working there. I've been thinking about writing a scheduled email, just internally, about all the shit I know of. People not getting paid what was promised, people getting mentally abused until they show PTSD symptoms, everyone being burned out. It would feel very satisfying to at least let all my colleagues know that this has been happening to a lot of employees and it's not normal. But I'm in doubt if it would actually mean anything, and of course if it would be worth the hassle.

What do you all think? Ever been in a similar situation? Suggestions?
