Keeping it vague, but multiple people at my company had been personally subpoenaed prior to me being hired. Several of the companies clients had also been subpoenaed and internally the company knew they were at fault (I have the emails to show it). When I was hired none of this was disclosed in the interview process, or the fact they knew several of the projects I was hired to work on where “bad”. Bad in the sense the company violated the law in how they got the contracts.
Is there anything I can do to really stick it to them? Obviously I wouldn’t have taken this job if I had known they hired me to do their dirty work and taint my own reputation.
