Everyone, I need some advice upon this new job.

I work for banquets at a hotel but it has been slow so I went ahead and got a new hotel job at a bistro. I have been working in the mornings with another girl who is awesome but everything is very fast paced. I am new to this and the manager (while he doesn't mention it but you can tell he wants it that way) expects you to take the order from the register-> go make a latte coffee while customer pays, go back and hand them the receipt to sign, then go heat their pastry and go to the next guest. They put me to work a night shift and the lady didn't want to split the tips with me. I called her greedy and left a few mins before my shift ends. I heard 2 people quit because of this lady, like she would refuse to split…

I have been working in the mornings with another girl who is awesome but everything is very fast paced. They put me to work a night shift and the lady didn't want to split the tips with me. I called her greedy and left a few mins before my shift ends. I heard 2 people quit because of this lady, like she would refuse to split the tips because the other people didn't work 'hard'.

I told them I want to keep mornings because of my other job and classes. Well today I receive the schedule and they give me all nights for following week.

I am assuming they want to have 1 person in the morning to do everything by themselves and be super fast. Also I reported the lady who doesn't split the tips and they don't care much.

Another mention, I don't drive right now so I take the bus 12 miles away and always on time for the job and then they do this.
