Hi everyone , not what I would typically post here but I am a 16y student working at a petstore (I love the job). When I first got hired one of my bosses (33yrs old) was constantly joking about waiting till I’m eighteen to take me out on a date, telling me he wishes older women were like me/wishes that I was older because I’m “so pretty” and mature for my age . I told him I wasn’t into guys but he still makes the same comments over text and even FaceTimes me in the evenings to talk about non work related things/asking about my day and I’m honestly not sure how to handle it . He’s going to be leaving full time soon so I won’t be seeing him as much, but I’ve heard from past employees that he’s always been a little touchy- even with the guys . Quitting is not really an option for me but I wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how to make my work environment more comfortable ?
