Thank you all for the input given before. A quick update, I did end up giving a weeks notice, I left a thorough resignation with HR and PIC as to my reasons why I was leaving and the lack of honesty on their part.
Butter sweet, I unfortunately did not fulfill the notice due to getting in a car reck 3 days prior to my final date.
Not so bitter, I felt bad leaving the team hanging. Sweet, this guy went out of his way to contact local sites I had expressed interest in and recommended not hiring me.
I’m glad I jumped ship.
