Pretty simple concept. Don't fuck up like me and quit. I was trying to find a replacement job from the one that was hiring people at a higher rate thane and then making me train them with no discussion of a raise. Working and interviewing can be difficult and after a year of trying to squeeze in interviews or work last minute phone interviews was just exhausting. I put in my two weeks and thought it would make things easier. Wrong, first question is why did you leave? No matter the quality answer given I've been shut out.
My advice, fuck your old job, but use them until you have something better. I had sick time and should have just called out to make it to interviews.
