I just got a job at a gas station, the pay's bad but it's very close by which is great for me since I dont have a car. The customers are generally very nice and it's one of the easiest jobs I've worked except for the fact we're not allowed to sit down at all.
I've got foot and back problems already and the constant standing in place is only making it worse. By the end of my first day i was limping home and my back was so stiff i could barely get out of bed. By the end of my shifts I can barely do the tasks I should be doing because the pain in my feet and knees is so bad I can barely walk.
What I want to know i guess is what I can do to help myself here? I've been thinking of just showing up with a chair and daring them to fire me since i know the store is already understaffed. If there any way i can get a doctor to help me out?
