I cant pretend to function in a society where everything is extremely expensive yet we still have jobs paying 12$ and below an hour

Life is a joke lol, they tell you to go to school if you want a higher paying job yet school is like 50,000 which is less than I make in a year….I just can't pretend to be happy in a world that sets us up for failure. (This is just a vent)
