I'm a project mechanical engineer (construction), with almost 3 years experience and with my current employer for the last 5 months. Previous jobs were (18 months and 9 months).
I'm over project engineering and want to get into project management, but it's such BS as all companies need you to have experience within project management (but how on earth do you get the experience if you're not being considered in first place lol).
I've hit a roadblock cause I want to quit but don't want to get another job in this sector just to hate it all over again and quit. What other career paths can I go into?
