How ignorant can they get? If someone had full stack development skills, why the hell would they be writing instead of doing software development—which requires intensive, long-term study? “Nah, I’ll just write about it.” Dream on, and lower your standards once you get a reality check. No developer or cyber ops specialist wants to work as a writer for a tech company. Accept the fact the only serious candidates you’re going to get are writers with an interest in the field. Nurture their desire to learn more and you’ve got yourself a loyal employee. You’re doing it ass backwards.
