So I used to work at our local bus terminal and ultimately it was not a bad gig at all. When it came to new hires, my boss would teach you the basic stuff you need to know to do your job, but like with every other job, you are gonna learn a lot more by a.) doing the job and b.) watching people who already work there.
This one woman, and I forget the specifics, but it just didn't work out and she was let go. My boss then told me it was my fault because I didn't train her properly. Now I waited a few seconds for her to laugh or whatever, but she was dead serious. I wanted to tell her “bitch, it's not my job to train people” or something to that effect.
It's been close to 5 years and obviously it still bugs me if I am still thinking about it.
