Got a Warehouse Job paying $25/hour to start after working years near minimum wage.

This is in Canada, ON. I’ve been working in different warehouses for years that always start at $17-18 and after 5 years or so of seniority goes to like $23-24. A few months ago I found this new job that starts at $25 and within 3 years you get top rate at $35/hour not including shift premiums that range from $2-4 extra an hour. After starting I found out the last people they hired started 4-5 years ago and majority of the employees have been working there for 10-30 years! Who would have thought paying people a half decent wage would help you keep employees.
