how to talk about visas with an employer

I interviewed for a job that would be abroad this summer and did a little research on visas to find out if I was eligible. I am from Canada and want to work in the UK so I had some options and figured if they want to hire me then it could be figured out. I can apply for the youth working holiday visa which I do not need a job offer but this visa is two years and so the health insurance cost is really expensive (especially when I don't know important things like how much I will be making or if I am even hired). Other visa options I do need to know if I am hired so I can get sponsorship.

Should I even continue this job opportunity or how do I tell them I need a job offer before I get a visa?
