Pretty much what the title says. I have to be available during their hours, they decide what I work on, I have to request time off, etc.
I've only just started looking into this stuff. I was just happy to have a job when I got hired but I really don't like the idea of my employer misclassifying me to save money or whatever. I'm pretty sure if they let me go I wouldn't be able to collect unemployment benefits.
What should I do?
