Context: I work in a creative corporate job, «flat hierarchy and start up environment» without any of the benefits of the above. We’re all working overtime, reasoned in «our company’s standards and people’s passion for meeting those». I know people’s pay is widely different, I’m just feeling chaotic and energized by the idea.
