Hello this is I think my first time posting in a subreddit. I don’t know if this applies here. About 4 months ago I left my job doing social service type work at a non profit. The experience was somewhat rewarding and I loved my team. They were supportive along with my program manager. As time went on our workload got heavier and we really needed another person. The pay was good but god to be hosnet it wasn’t worth it. All the crises that kept needing to be dealt with. Other programs didn’t have as much crises as us and got paid more. Which is why I left and because I couldn’t see myself doing it any longer. I just couldn’t see myself continuing in this field. I thought it was what I wanted to do. Now im 4 months into job hunting and getting very to getting offers but no luck.
