I'm a 100% commission, W2 employee that drives my own car to sites (no mileage). Overall I make decent money, but every now and then a crap assignment where I drive 250 miles round trip to make $125. I actually lose money after mileage and 5+ hours. Does this fall under minimum wage rules? I'm in Ohio. Not sure the rules on this. I typically do a first trip out and make $1,000, but any follow up trips are peanuts.
