My work management wants to move us from separate offices of a few workers and put us into a big space with all of us. Absolutely no one wants to move. We will be in a much more crowded space and have minimal privacy in our cubicles. They want us to move so we can all communicate better with each other.
The new office is in the same area. Things like money for relocating and new office equipment isn’t an issue.
Most of us are happy with our current arrangements and don’t want to move. The union is fighting and stalling but we need help with more reasons why we shouldn’t move offices?
