I am moving on from my current job.
I got a job offer and am planning on putting in my notice at the end of the week.
When I come in on my Monday my boss at the end of my shift, asks me to do some “busy work” for him that he doesn’t have time for.
Come to find out it is coming up with, and typing out action plans in response to our employee satisfaction survey.
I already do 95% of the admin bc I am “better at computers”.
What should I do? He is the department head, I am the lowest ranking manger.
