Came here to vent about my shitty job. I work for a failing business that rhymes with Barvana, that’s near bankruptcy and is stripping benefits from current employees, raising the standard metrics of performance, without including any kind of raise.
We used to be able to work from home during the pandemic, then it was changed to a hybrid. Fast forward to today and it’s full time in office for absolutely no reason. They claim it’s for company culture and then proceed to layoff us routinely. They raised our metric standards without giving a fucking cent of a raise or incentive other than to “keep your job”. Building up the courage to leave and need y’all’s help lol.
