How to deal with a co-team who is constantly showing off about working the weekends and working beyond the office hours?

I lead a team with a guy – I feel he's always trying to guilt trip me into working more? Like he made a comment today during our sync asking if I'm working the weekend. ( We don't get paid for weekends or anything) I said no – and then he proceeds to tell me that it's okay cause I need the rest. And then says he'll work the weekends cause we have a lot of work piled up. I mean – we're kinda sorted imo. Plus he's always ranting about working 10-12 hours a day and telling me how much he's working all the fucking time. I do my job and get the work done. He's one of those who want to show that he's working a lot – don't wanna fight with him or anything – but how to deal with him?
