Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this (and will probably delete cuz I'm paranoid lol) but for the last few years I've been unable to sign up for benefits at work. I've asked 10 different people in different departments and nobody gives me an answer! They just run me in circles until the registration month time is up. My manager says “let me get back to you” and never does. I work by myself so I can't physically go to anyone. I've tried company websites, emails to HR, you name it. Either I hear nothing back or they point me to someone else etc. I feel like it's almost on purpose, or like they have no time for me. I'd quit but I'm paid pretty freakin well for my skills, it's just this one dumb thing. Should I seek legal counsel? Idk what to do next.
