I've seen posts about how if you ask for a day off the boss asks YOU to find a replacement. That's their job. Personally, I've been asked to ask my coworkers for tasks. They aren't shift leaders or mini managers, they are workers like me and my boss is starting to get annoyed I'm not doing anything; well why doesn't HE personally give me a task to do? Why am I getting stressed about finding something to do when it's my managers job to manage me.
