In my work everyone is miserable, to the point they forced us to wear happy face pins to improve the morale. I've tried to be nice to people but I just get ignored and shit talked behind my back. At home I only have time to do laundries and sleep then I repeat the toxic cycle. I need the money from the job because it's a decent paying job. But dealing with the entitled public and the toxic employees is getting to me. I would appreciate the advice
