I live in a state that can get pretty bad snowstorms. Our CEO expects employees to risk driving in 12-inch snow storms/ icy weather conditions because they are willing to. Do you think employees should be upset about this/ what should we do? They will usually tell employees that can work remotely to just take unpaid time or take PTO (we get very limited PTO /1 personal day/ 2 sick days a year with no benefits) because they have trust issues. Who is in the wrong here?
