I got a new job, a significant pay cut from my last one but it I had a car payment….
Upon hiring I Told her I only needed part time and that I wanted to Give her my other jobs schedule and then fill in with this place totaling 5 days of work a week
It's been 5 weeks and she has scheduled me every day that is not my other job. I've been literally working 2 full time jobs
I've asked so many times to please give me 2 days off and I only wanted 2 or 3 days a week depending on my other job.
We agreed on this upon hiring.. or so I thought.
I checked the schedule after talking to her AGAIN about it , I am loosing my shit I cannot handle this it's so much I have 0 days off and my other job is 15 hr shifts in a day, and then back to the new job where I close .
4 ppl quit but that's not my problem!?? Why is she using me like this? Should I just quit?? I'm about to literally loose it . I get home and breakdown and I can't handle this, my plan is to start my business but I can't even do that if I never have any days off she is taking total advantage of me and yet again I have another 2 weeks no days off . How do I get it across her head I'm not ok with this??? Do I just fib and make my own days off and say it's for my other job??? gahhhh !!!!!
Sorry, I am extremely exhausted and tired of my personal time being totally blown off , especially when I told her this upon hiring and she agreed .
